Oct 4

breakfast: croissant (250), skinny cow yogurt (150)
lunch: sandwich (150)
dinner: chili (250) bread (125)
milk (90) v8 (50)
soup 100, cookies :( (300)

I'm really not feeling well today at all, I have a massive headache but I did make it out to yoga. Burned about 300 calories in 1.15 hours.

1465 thus far.

Not terrible but I wish I didnt' eat those cookies.

  1. Looks good so far. Are you drinking enough water through the day? (96-120oz /day) I would get those headaches if I did not keep up with my water intake.
    Nice to see that you powered through the headache and made it to your workout. I just started a yoga program, and I can see I need a lot of work on my flexability. Many of the poses are very hard in my current shape. I stick with it and soon I will be able to do them.
    Keep up the good work.. and remember...
    The only easy day was yesterday!

  2. Hey Lexa. Kudos for going to Yoga even with a massive headache! Yoga is NOT easy, and add a headache on top of that....that's amazing. Forget about those cookies. It's done, no need to stress about them. Just vow to say no, or half portion next time. Life is about choices, and so is weight loss/health/fitness. If you're going to feel guilty about it, don't choose it. Feel better :o)
