Okay so after a couple very bad days I'm making a good attempt at coming back. Today so far:

3 egg whites (50)
bread (160)
margarine 100
tomato 10
turkey breast 150
triscuits 80
yogurt 100
bran 70
coffee 110

  1. Theres a gap what happened on the bad days? You have to report the bad as well as the good. That way in the end when you triumph,and you WILL TRIUMPH!, you will see that it was not all roses and there were bumps in the road. Tell your story however good or bad it happens to be.

    I see your ticker up top is at zero. Did you gain weight over the last few days or is that an error?

    I hope that you have changed your direction and got back on course. I am following because I believe that you can do this. Stay strong!!

  3. Hey guys t hanks a lot for your words - I can't figure out how to update that ticker - probably should remove it and just stick to the WLW site. I know I'm terrible for not recording what I ate on the bad days but I really lost count. I ballparked it on WLW but I'm up over 2000 on both :( I'm too scared to weigh in now!

    I was okay yesterday and today too. This is so difficult :(
